end of season wind-down

and so it is officially over. The season that is. And it was ok. Not a brilliant one (chiffre wise), though we enjoyed it this year, and we have met some lovely new customers. Heartfelt thanks to all those that came and ate and supported us - you keep us in business :) Weather has been decidedly average - though nowhere near as bad as last year, we did quite a lot of terrace menus this time round - whereas last year we did a grand total of 3! My 2 lovely girls Savina and Suzanne did us proud, our 15th August super team was as efficient, as welcoming and as smiley as always, and we are entering September full of hope and promise. Fingers crossed for a good little arriere-saison and look forward to seeing many of you as the year goes on.
